Wonderfully easy, today. Did a few bouts of running at 9.5mph...might regret these tomorrow, but sometimes a good song come on my Ipod and I just can't resist.


Bodyweight was 196.2 midday today on a Tanita scale. My guess is that it's more along the lines of 194 in the morning.

I'm going to really make a huge effort to get to bed earlier, unless I really have a reason to be up late. I find myself going to bed later and later these days, which wreaks havoc on my recovery, work performance, and overall productivity.
