(tried new technique with more hip flexion- much more intense in hamstrings- reps were broken up in set practicing form)

I think I've found a powerlifting competition that I want to do. The name is a little fruity; "Body Proud"...but it's an expo with powerlifting, martial arts, etc. I really chose it beacause of the date. It gives me exactly 15 weeks starting Monday.

I'm trying to find a powerlifting meet to do before than as well. There's the VA States on November 7th, and it's a USAPL meet. I think that I'm aiming to do a lot, and I can't say that it'll be easy to diet with the holidays, but I feel that it needs to be done.
