Keeping up the volume on the accessory work a little higher during the deload than usual. Seeing if I can preserve a little more muscle when dieting this time around, especially in some choice areas.


I've got an article in Men's Fitness this month, the October issue. It's towards the back and it's a recovery workout for those that may have destroyed themselves in the gym after a long a layoff and want to get over the soreness more quickly.
