Deadlift felt pretty good today and it's starting to finally get back up where it should be. I've still got a ways to go, but I actually felt like I left at least 1, if not 2 reps in the tank of the set.
I'm playing with the idea of adding in a deadlift or squat movement after the main movement on those days. So right now, it's RLS w/3 count iso following deadlifts, and Close Stance SSB Squats on squat day.
We'll see how it pays off.
