40 minutes of incline treadmill


Bench felt crappy today. Just felt unstable and kind of shaky. I'll probably take it easy on the incline this week, so that I can go for a bigger number on bench the following work. This usually does pretty well for me.

Shoulders felt unsteady and like they were going to break at any moment. Which is always a comforting feeling.
