Squat session wed's 7th of october 2009

Squat

bar x 10, 60kgx5, 100kgx5, 140kgx3, 180kgx3, 220kgx3, (briefs) 260kgx2,(half suit) 320kgx2, (straps up) 340kgx2, 370kgx2

Top set felt good, I feel I have a lot more in reserve after my heavy sets. Seem to be pushing back more the stronger I get!!!

Raw squats - no belt

60kgx5, 100kgx5, 140kgx5, 180kgx5, 220kgx5 (strong set) Last two reps bit of a grind.

Calve raise

5 sets 15 reps
