3a)Keiser Cable Lateral Raise (3 sec eccen)
3b)Keiser Cable Curl (3 sec eccen)
4)Single Arm Trap 3 Raise (w/scap retraction)
Keeping the assistance work a little bit higher in volume a little closer to the meet. I'll work up to a heavier bench the next week to get a feel for where I'm at.
I'm definitely starting to look noticeably leaner. Everyone at the gym was commenting through my training session, and it just makes me feel confident knowing that I have so much more room to go with 12 more weeks to go.
As much as possible now, I'm doing the cardio in the AM and fasted. It's now at 40 minutes, 7 days a week. Thank the heavens for my IPod because without it during cardio, I'd leap from a window.
It's strange because I'm now at a stage where I don't think I look like a whole lot of anything with a t-shirt on. But with a pump (can't believe I just said that), things are starting to really pop...veins, some different details in the muscles, etc.
