Wednesday Training
Close Grip Bench - worked up to 315x11 Chins - weighted - 6 sets of 5 reps @ 45lbs. Dips - weighted - 5 sets of 10 reps @ 45lbs, 1x15 @90lbs
Thursday Training
Squat - 435x5 Clean - 205x5
The effects of last weekend's food poisoning really caught up to me on Thursday. I did the workout I set out to do and no more. Very run down from the week. BUT - still on track.
