Nothing special today. I've been feeling sick the last few days, and today's been the worst yet. I was hacking up some thick phlegm, sneezing, coughing, and just feeling run down in general.
I've been taking a gram of Vitamin C every 2 hours, and I just bought some Zinc and Elderberry to start taking as well. I have to beat this before it turns into something worse.
What an exciting session today,
