Transition week - Accesory
I'm getting anxious to get started with training again, so this is good. This weekends comp went ok, but I think not hitting what I had hoped for has again sparked me to get started and do something worth a damn....
Today was just accesory work, check it out: Pull-ups - 10, 6,6,6 Incline Press - 4 sets x 6 reps Glute Ham Raises - 4 x 10 reps DB Hammer Curl - 4 x 12 Reverse Hypers - 3 x 10 Dips = 4 x 5 Rocking calves - 4 x 10 Wide stance standing ab pulldowns - 3 x 10
