Training for WPC worlds

With less than three weeks left before the WPC world championships I'm close to wrapping up heavy training. This will be my last heavy week of training. I plan to go over 600 pounds on the bench, 900 pounds on the squat and 700-800 pound on the deadlift. Here is a video of last monday's bench session to one board.
