I did 35 minutes steady state on the treadmill this morning in a fasted state. I then did a 50g whey shake with CLA's and EFA's. 1.5 hours later I did another 30 minutes of what I call LIIT cardio. I do a light jog to get the heart rate elevated and then walk for a couple minutes and do another light jog.
After seeing the research on the fat loss after doing a whey shake I thought I would try it out a few times.
