Went home and used the Rotater to stretch out my shoulders. Since I've been using this thing I have noticed my shoulder pain has gotten better and my rom has improved too. Wish I would have done this stuff 6 years ago.
My youngest, Norah, has gotten her first cold and it has been keeping the wife and I (mostly the wife) up at night. The poor thing has been having trouble sleeping since she can't breathe and even has trouble finishing a bottle. Luckily it has started to clear up and hasn't turned into an infection. She slept much better last night so things are looking up.
