That's all.

I'm pretty seriously thinking of moving away from exclusively back squatting during my squat workouts, and instead rotate in SSB squats and front squats. Still not decided on whether I want to be a deadlift specialist or not, but it's a possibility.

I must get better at GHRs. I will.
