Monday-Back From Deload & Squatting To Foam
Hey, I've been crazy busy lately getting my E Book 4 Minutes to Fat Loss ready for EliteFTS readers and training junkies. I'm totally pumped that it's finally done! Keep an eye out for it in the EliteFTS store for more details!
Anyway, enough excuses about slacking on my log. I've been training my ass off this week after a last weeks deload. Even though I didn't lift heavy last week, I did all my accessory work and conditioning as usual, so nothing too interesting there. I'm officially back in action.
Box Squat to Foam 160x5 170x5 180x(8)
Accessory 1 RDL 135x12x1set 155x12x2sets 175x12x1set
Accessory Set 2 KB Front Loaded Walking Lunge 20sx12eachx3 Ab Wheel BWx12x3 Hanging Leg Raises BWx12x3
Conditioning Squat Thruster Tabata 20/10 intervals-Brutal
Followed by 20 minutes steady state on airdyne exclusively to keep moving before my legs totally seized up. Followed by a few minutes foam rolling.

More Updates to Follow!, Juliet Deane
