First day of experimenting with a specific focus on the deadlift. Meaning, I'm taking this day a bit easier to save energy towards building my deadlift. So I'll be rotating upright squat variations that can help with the deadlift such as SSB squat, front squats, manta-ray squats, etc. I'm also not pushing these as hard as I would the regular barbell squats.

Not to mention, it's arder to cause a huge amount of fatigue with a new movement done all out than with one that you've developed some skill in. We will see how it works.
