Monday- 11/23/09- Deadlift

BW- 177.4lb

60 Minutes AM fasted cardio (incline treadmill) while watching "Good Morning, Vietnam"

Because my deadlift gym has been closed, I have to go to another one that's a pain in the ass to get too. It's just not easy to fit in between clients, so I had to take a cab there and back and didn't have time to finish the GHRs and ab work. So I'll finish it tomorrow during my upper day.

I preemptively tightened my lever belt, so it was a little too tight on the deadlifts. Was digging into my body and causing me to see starts on rep 2. Didn't feel too strong today, but I'm going to take the squat work a little easier this week so I have something more for deads next week, and then push the squat workout the week before the deload.
