60 minutes AM fasted cardio (started watching "Universal Soldier")

2a)Glute Ham Raise (roller model)

Glute Activation Circuit
(5 sec iso contraction at the top of each rep)
4)Quadruped Hip Extension (under reverse hyper)
5)Side Lying Abduction
Wow, I'm absolutely exhausted. If I have a day of going to bed on the late side, it really screws me up now. Even if I get a full 8 hours of sleep.
I feel like I've been really cold recently too. It IS colder in NYC than it's been, but on Sunday, I felt freezing. Tired and irritable too.
My legs surprisingly feel shot. The quad hip extensions under the reverse hyper really killed them.
I have an idea for a meal that I've been fantasizing about making all day. Had sashimi last night at a restaurant and it made my day. It's ridiculous how much food is on my mind.
