Good energy today. Going to sleep a little earlier helped. And so did Z-12...I love that stuff.

Felt hungry pretty much as soon as I got done with every meal though, which is a crappy feeling. Although I did make an incredibly delicious meal today. My roommates girlfriend makes cookies and all kinds of other delicious crap which kills me. She made pumpkin pancakes. So I had an idea which I fantasized about for the entire day until I made it the next day. It was absolutely amazing.

Pumpkin Pie Sandwich

40 grams of carbs
barely any fat
tiny bit of protein
few grams of fiber

1/2 Cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
1/3 packet of Splenda
1/4 scoop of Vanilla 100% Casein
Couple Shakes of Cinnamon
Salt to Taste

Mix those ingredients together.

Put them on a "Food For Life" sprouted grain English Muffin and put it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes, or until toasted.

Take out and enjoy a delightful treat.

As a pumpkin pie lover, this is about the closest I can get right now. I'm going to experiment with simulating some kind of crust, and also trying to make the pumpkin a bit harder.
