REVERSE BAND PRESS GREEN BANDS 2 FOAM BOARDS
There are no percentages for this because I've never done this weight in competition before.
This is all new territory for me so your guess is as good as my what it works out to be.
The only thing i can base this on is last weeks workout where i did 726*3 off of a 3board with reverse blue bands.
this week i did 736*2 off of a 2board with green bands. so you could say i improved by 10lbs and 1 1/2 board.
I've trimmed some fat off the body so the shirt seems to be a little loose. i did not get the same pop i usually get off the chest.
656*3 i let the bar sink to 1 1/2 board
736*2 i let the bar sink to 1 1/2 board
