Like I've been saying i have been watching my calories. i got tired of my belt looking like one long taco shell.i can't help it if the bodybuilder in me comes out every so often.the thing is it hasn't got to the point where it's affecting my strength yet.though my gear is getting a little loose so something going to have to give.this is about as personal as it going to get for me in the log.now that I've said that here's this today's workout.

Yes the squat was high it was my fist time back under that much weight .the damn thing was heavy what can i say it felt like i was deep until i looked at the video.the next time it will be better.
