Today's workout was a little spontaneous i was bored had nothing to do. So i did a solo act it was kind of ruff you'll see what i mean later.

266*3 +110lbs chains

466*2 +110lbs chains

556*1 190lbs chains




646*1 230lbs chains



here's what the finish of that squat looked like

556*1 190lbs chains missed the pin on the right side pretty funny and that's why i use the straps.

i was not feeling it today no energy what so ever.
