ME SQ./DL DAY DO OVER

I was not satisfied with my performance yesterday so i decide to workout today.This is my normal day for training squat and deadlift.I did not realize how used to schedule my body was yesterday I was unmotivated and tired feeling .I thought maybe the weight-loss had sapped my strength finally.

Luckily that was not the case today's workout kicked ass I was smoking weight after weight life was good today.
