Breakfast of Champions recipe

It's funny, this looks like a "big" filling meal, but it's not despite what it looks like. Part of that has to do with the fact that I already did an hour of fasted cardio right before this, haha.

Back when I was putting on size, I'd be happy with a cup of oatmeal mixed with 2.25 scoops of protein in a shaker bottle. But now, I need to trick myself into thinking there's more food.

Took about 15 minutes to prepare, mainly because I've never made bacon before, and because I was waiting until each part was done (for the photo) before starting to eat.

Anyway, this was Meal 1 of a medium carb day. I don't count the incidentals (protein and fat in oatmeal, etc)
45 grams of protein
60 grams of carbs

Breakfast of Champions

Egg White Tortilla
Turkey Bacon
Oatmeal with Berries

-1 cup pure egg whites (no fat/carbs- 26 grams protein)
-3 anchovies (3 grams protein)
-small amount of spinach (no sense in counting)
-1 tbs natural taco sauce (2 grams carbs)

Scrambled those with Pam on the pan put onto a

-Sprouted Grain Tortilla- Food For Life brand (24 grams carbs)

I put the tortilla on a pan to get it warm and a little toasted

-3 slices of natural turkey bacon (4.5 grams fat/18 grams protein TOTAL)

I put these in the microwave for 3 minutes

-1/2 cup of Quaker Instant Oatmeal (27 grams carbs)
-2 packets splenda
-1 cup water

Put that into Microwave for 2 minutes or so

-1/4 cup blueberries
-1/4 cup blackberries

Altogether 7 grams of carbs

PWO meal is going to be my attempt at Sloppy Joes. Stay tuned...
