My goal for this training cycle is to expose myself to weights above 1100lbs with different forms of accommodation. This will get my CNS and joint used to the load in less gear. The reason for different accommodation is to help minimize the overall stress on my body by varying the resistance throughout the range of motion.
band squat set up
bands are attached to a 150lb dumbbell and a 45lb plate and sit on the collar of the bar.

ME RACK-PULLS WITH GREEN BANDS ( plates are about 1 1/2 inches off the platform (FLOOR)).
I don't know what this is at the top but it feels like shit.
i got my ass handed to me on this set.
REMOVED BANDS 706*1 this was hard after working with the bands.
