Lower Realization and 1000lb Squat Video
Had a lot of work to do today in the gym to make up for that awful deadlifting session Friday. I'm still thinking about how fucking horrific it was. Literally the worst workout I have had in 3+ years. Oh well...had some squatting to do

The 1000 went really well, better than I thought it would have. Came out well, was set up solid, no issues. Went up a lot easier than I thought it would. it honestly surprised me, and that is why I laugh like a fucking idiot at the end.
Then I did some TRX rows with one of my clients. That was all I really needed today.
