First time posing in trunks today. It was strange, but not as strange as I expected. They certainly do serve a "functional purpose" of being able to see the muscularity at the top of the hamstrings and near the glutes. I know, that sounds like rationalization. Whatever.
Had some decent strength today because of the high carb day yesterday. But I felt ravenous by the end of today and was unbelievably irritable. The NYC subway system is sure to bring that out of me in any situation...let alone in my particular circumstances.
The next 3 days are going to be tough. All lows, with 60 minutes of AM fasted cardio and 45 minutes of PM intervals/higher intensity cardio. It's getting close, and I'm ready to meet the challenge.
