OK today's workout was off the charts if i knew what it was about today i would bottle it.let me just point out that all Prs done today was previously done in my ACE bench shirt.i know this shit is crazy I'm amazed by it myself.ok recap last multi ply bench best was:
dbl ply shirt 736*2 the foam boards here are 1 inch higher than the ones i used today.so the pr on shirt and board height enough said.
I know shouldn't be surprised but I'm loosing fat my weight is down but my bench is going through the roof. somebody please explain this shit to me lol. SERIOUSLY THOUGH THE MULTIPLE REP SCHEME I'VE BEEN DOING SEEMS TO BE WORKING .The goal here is to get strong-ER in my single ply gear which will carryover to my multi ply lifts as well.
