REVERSE BAND SQUATS (BLUE BAND-101 lbs @ the bottom)

my squat depth is about 10.5 to 11 inches of bar travel from the top of the rack.Here are the band tension as the bar reaches my squat depth.

BAND TENSION AS I DESCEND TO THE HOLE

4.5 inches -55lbs
7.5 inches -75lbs
10.5 inches -101 lbs
