started this training cycle with the lightened method for deadlift.no squats today knees felt like they needed a rest.the bar weight at the pin is 60lbs.
the weirdest thing happened as i reach for the bar. as i was rotating my wrist(left hand palms up) to grab the bar i felt a electric shock or more like a sting deep in the middle of my left bicep.this is before i even touch the bar.
the thing is it seemed more like a cramp than a possible tear.i had my training partner apply some pressure and i did some ART on it which actually helped.i slid an elbow sleeve on it and duck taped the shit out of it the attempted to finish the session.needless to say i missed it about 2 inch from the top pissed me off.the one good thing is at the bottom bar weight was 741 @ the top bar weight 800. the miss i think was mostly due to me not wanting to do anymore damage than what might have already been done other than that i think i would have gotten it.
