Man, this feels pitiful. I'm starting to think that deciding to do this meet so close to the bodybuilding show was a bad idea. I really could have used a week off from training to let my mind and body rest. I didn't expect that I'd be so fatigued following the show, but I was wrong.

My legs are pretty consistently feeling heavy. And in regards to my mind needing a rest, I took my first unauthorized cheat meal today since I started the bodybuilding show. It started as a protein bar, then a second one. Then two circa-500 calorie wraps from a health food restaurant with some low calorie home-fries. Then I finished my improv practice and it turned out that someone left some unfinished Daisy May's BBQ in one of the other rooms. (This is supposedly the best BBQ in the City and I'd yet to try it).

So I had a couple ribs and took a half a red velvet cupcake. I stopped to piss at Dunkin Donuts on the way home and decided to get 2 scoops of ice cream to put on the red velvet and eat it there in the store. Then I got a chocolate chip muffin and asked for it warmed. He offered butter, so I accepted. He offered a second muffin free, and I declined.

Anyway, that's the end of that. I'm not exactly sure where it came from. I think I was partly pissed at myself for agreeing to do the meet where I'd have to cut weight again so soon following the bodybuilding show. And frankly, the weight still feels measly. Even if I pull the 500lb at 165lb, I still think it'll feel measly to me.

I really can't wait to start regaining a little weight and start getting stronger again. But as a result of this cheat meal, it might be a little bit bigger of a pain in the ass to make weight than I had originally thought.
