Friday was my last realization workout before the meet. I did it a bit differently than normal, but still feel that it had a good training effect for me. rather than pull from the floor, I pulled from the pins. Pulled from Pin 3, which for me, is an AWFUL position to start the bar. It is about 2 inches or so below my knee, which doesn't sound like much, but is too far to pull the bar back the whole time, I have to actually pull it up to get it over my kneecap. The weights that i have to use on this pin are nearly identical to the lifts from the floor, so for me, its all even.
