Are you going back to 5/3/1 for your powerlifting training or are you going to do a different program? Looking at your logs for the raw unity wasn't sure on what training method you were using.

I'm going to be moving on from 5/3/1 for a bit. In regards to bench and upper body, I'll be using a 2 days and working up to some heavier bench variations (95%+) for my main bench day. Unlike with 5/3/1 or with Sheiko, I'll be using more variations on the lift with the fat bar, chains, boards, floor presses, etc.
For the deadlift, my plan is to do an online coaching program with Rick Hussey. So whatever he has me doing, I will do. Squat variations will be focused on building the deadlift. I'll be posting about this when I find out what's on the program for me.
