Last Training Session before the RUM on Sunday

Third low carb day in a row today (with 60 minutes of cardio) so energy isn't really great. Tomorrow will be low carb again too and possible zero carb on Friday depending on where my weight is and what Shelby thinks.

I'm really looking forward to eating lots of various things and being off of the strict regimen for a little while after this meet.
