Squat Opener

Took an opener Monday. Was quite possibly the worst rep Ive ever done in my life. Not that the weight was hard, but I got way forward and did a 900lb goodmorning. My back is still sore. That being said, bar speed was still good, and even fucked up, it was a good lift. I will get the video up tomorrow, as I am about to head to bed. I also managed to bang the bar off of the tow straps we use on one of my warmups. This is about 23 inches below parallel for me. If you don't believe it, you can ask Big Swole.
