Man, the bench is weak right now. Guess I can't really expect much more than that being my first week back from everything that I was doing prepping for the BBing show and Raw Unity Meet.

It's interesting, but I find the touch and go bench to bother my shoulders and be more difficult than the paused bench these days. I'm so used to pausing it that I feel I can't stay tight when I touch and go.

I'm experimenting with the bench programming a bit by breaking it up to a more chest dominant day and a more tricep and shoulder dominant day. We'll see how it pans out.
