5b)Bent Over Barbell Row (prone grip) 155x10 x10 160x10 x10
Hard to tell if the deadlift is much faster than last week. All of the assistance work seems to be making slow and steady progress though.
Still feeling a little sick from last week. Sleeping a lot and I don't seem to feel very rested yet. I think my seasonal allergies are starting as well. I always forget that I have these until I start waking up with puffy eyes and feeling like I got half as much sleep as I actually did.
Looking forward to spring.
