Friday Lower Accumulation

Back at it. Im now 22 weeks out, which will allow me enough time to hit 2 accumulation blocks and 2 transmutation blocks before the realization block. Hopefully that helps put me over the hump.

3A Face Pulls
3B TKEs


Dont remember the weights on these, but they werent enough to really remember at this point, to be honest. Will fix that Monday. Feels good to be back to training, I had had enough time jacking around
