Wednesday Upper Accumulation
Ok, its a bit of a misnomer. Its not an accumulation workout, as I can't do any pressing or anything like that. What i can do though is a bunch of lat and upper back work, which makes you awesome, regardless of name.
Wide grip Pullups
Static stretching lower body
Hips, hamstrings, glutes, piriformis,quads, calves, ankles
Pretty good workout today. I was going to do more stuff, but an experiment with a pre training meal ruined it. I think it was a good find though, and may try to use it the day before a good squat workout. More on that later. i had fully intended to push the prowler, but think that simply carrying it outside would have caused the Prowler Flu.
