This is the first pressing I have done in the gym in what I'm pretty sure is almost 6 years. Maybe 5. I'm not good at math. Yeah, it's 5. Outside of the occasional jerking around on the bench, its been nothing. The ROM was abbreviated, but it felt good pressing.

Upright Rows
135x4x8 First time doing these in a while. Did them with a wide grip for the delts.

Front DB Raise
30x5x10

Switching my days around. Planning on taking my show on the road, so I need to do some different stuff on different days. Monday is now an Upper body day, Wednesday is for tugging, Friday will be back stuff, and Saturday will be squatting.
