Training around my deadlift Day
Still cant pull. Did some stuff anyway that hopefully helps.
Feet and back
High Box Stepups 30"
5x8 each leg
1 plate, adding 25 or 45 after every set up to 3plates and 3 25's x10 6 sets total
Pulldown Abs Heavy x10
53lb KB Swings x20
Pretty good day. Nothing really heavy, but felt good, back was fine as well. Got done with what I needed to do.
