Monday bodybuilding stuff

Pretty sore from Saturday still, but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Did some silly bodybuilding stuff for my upper body, and keeping in line with the bodybuilding stuff, it was almost completely machine work. All kidding aside, it works well for me, as its easier on my elbow to do, especially with the abbreviated ranges of motion that I have to use.

Hips, IT Bands, Quads Back

Static Stretching

Machine Dips
4x12x140

Machine Presses
160x4x12

Low cable Flyes
50x3x15

DB Front Raises
30x4x15

Front Plate Raise
45x3x10

Cardio
20 minutes at 12.0 degree incline and 3.5mph

Today, my chest and shoulders feel like my hamstrings and back. Good times!
