Saturday went well. Back at it squatting and pulling. Showed up a bit late so I didnt get to do the typical warmup stuff.
Hips, IT Bands, Quads Back
Reverse Purple Band Squat
580x2 (added suit, no briefs after)
850x2 I may or may have not done this weight. I couldn't remember if this was the last weight, or the 760 was. Either way, the last set felt strong.
Chuck hit 935 for a double
2" Block Pulls
405x1 Pulled with a hook to here
545x3 The sets at 495 and 5454 were done with legitimate 3 second negatives. They were much more difficult than they read. chuck hit 700.
45 degree back raise with back elevated
