Squatting on Friday
Squatted at Lexen on Friday due to Danny having a bench meet on Saturday. Went with a free squat in briefs to the chains this week. The chains were set right at parallel. Squat down, pause in the chain for a one count, then reverse it. Harder than it sounds!

After that, I had to head out and go to work. Was supposed to head to EFS Saturday morning to finish, but when I woke up I felt like someone had hit me with a truck. I was ridiculously sore, for reasons that are still unknown to me. It may have been the heat in the gym. It was mid 80s outside, and it was literally cooler to walk outside in the sun than stand in the gym. May have had something to do with the 6000000000% humidity as well. I literally drank the entire Half gallon of my Anaconda/Mag-10 during the workout. Didnt get a stomach ache from all that liquid either, which was surprising. This stuff kicks ass for sure.
If I have learned anything, it is that I can get stronger with a very low amount of volume, so Im not upset about missing the rest of the stuff. Ill make up for it on Tuesday.
