Pretty easy upper body day today. Going to lexen in the morning for sq/dl accessory work, and I dont want to be super sore going into it.

Jumprope

Foam Roller
Hips, IT Bands, Quads Back

Static Stretching

Machine Dips
14 plates for 100 total reps

Treadmill
30 minutes walking in place

floating around the whirlpool
15 minutes
