Saturday Squat/Pull

Squatted at Lexen Saturday Morning witch Chuck V. and Nate Strong. Went a lot better than I expected. Hopefully it bodes well for the rest of the training cycle.

The sets here went pretty well. I squat pretty fast though, and its a LOT of band tension, so take it for what its worth. a few heavy doubles. Good thing is that the last set was by far the best one that I did. Nate hit 205 for a double, and Chuck hit 505 for a single.

725xMISS back was done at this point. Pin 3 is by far the worst pin for me, as I'm way out of position from the beginning of the pull. Nate hit 545 and chuck did like 4000lbs, or something ridiculous. I don't remember.

I had to leave to pick up my boys in Indiana afterwords, so I went to the old gym in Muncie at about 1030 at night Saturday and finished up with this:

Pretty good training day. Was smoked from the squats and pulls to the point that the evenings training was a total shitball, but it got done. Thats how it goes sometimes.
