Yeah I know its Wednesday. Was off of the computer for 95% of this weekend, then spent Monday evening and all of yesterday dealing with stupidity fit for the legal system.
Anyway, Here is what happened Saturday:
Box Squat with 240lb of Boat Chains
330x6 Dropping the box an inch at a time until I was at parallel. Got there late. Shit happens
420x2 Add 240lb chains after
420x2 Added ACE Briefs after
510x2 Added Metal Mystical Kneewraps After
Squats were INFINITELY BETTER than they were last week. Very happy with that.

3 plates +10 x5 These were done with a 3 second pause at the top and were absolutely BRUTAL
I dont know what the hell to call these. There were 3 parts to it, and it was all ridiculous. I dont even remember the weights, or reps, or anything but how crazy it was.
Then I went back to Wendlers, showered, drove 3 hours back to Muncie, and did stuff. Great weekend. Hope all of you guys still have all of your toes andf fingers, but Im sure at least ONE of you is minus some digits. Thats why were friends. Sheer lunacy.
