hi brian been reading up on new diet your using,just wondering could you post a food log as well as a training log thanks darren

(I reposted this for you)

A huge plus(that came along with working with kiefer) was adding great supplement products into my day and getting good and clean protein and fish oil(I use PF's Krill oil). Kiefer refered me to Proteinfactory.com and the quality is unmatched.

Here would be an honest typical day of eating on a training day:

(these will be available on Kiefer's blog soon to purchase):
*blend 1 is a casein/whey
*blend 2 is a mixture of wheys

8am- coffee w/cream
10am- shake blend 1
12pm- chicken and veggies
2pm- steak and rice/black beans(I usually do a little carbs but not always)w/ PF krill oil and vits
430pm- shake blend 1
530pm- train- sugar free redbull
800pm- shake blend 2 with rilose, creatine and others
9pm- dinner with lots of carbs and either steak, turkey or chicken
11pm- ice cream/ flavor - ice pops or tootsie pops or some kind of junk: but honestly I dont crave junk anymore.

I eat as needed and dont count carbs or anything. I do make sure to eat plenty at night(after training)and do eat low carb until training. I started leaning out too much(more than I was comfortable with) and so I added SOME carbs into my day.
