Bench day? Sort of.
Decided to give some bench type stuff a rip. Figured since I havent done any since February, and am doing a meet next month, I should probably do something.
Hips, IT Bands, Quads Back
Smith Machine Incline
This is the most weight Ive held on a press since I got blown up. Literally no idea where it came from, but Ill take it. My meet PR post getting blown up is 230.

75x30 No straps on any of these. Got to get some grip work in. hahahaha
Then I walked on the treadmill 15 degree incline at 2.0 mph for 30 minutes.
