Saturday Squatting and an injury update
Sorry for not much training stuff in here as of late, Ive been training, but its just been cardio. Somehow, last Saturday, I managed to not only bust my hip up good, but partially tear my hamstring. I took last Saturday off, and am going to try top train with it this week. Going to try to squat Saturday. We will see how it goes. It still hurts like a bitch, but I paid my entry fee, and will finish it off there if it decides it wants to let go. Probably not the best approach, but that's how it goes sometimes. Fuck it. Ive got health insurance.
I figure that I will drop my openers some depending on how training tomorrow and Saturday goes. Then we go for the gusto.
